FamePro does not claim ownership of, nor any partnership with, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, or any other platform.

The Client accepts full responsibility for all activities conducted through their account.
Every social media platform maintains its own Terms of Service. You acknowledge that purchasing promotional services may violate a platform’s policies, that FamePro cannot prevent account restrictions, removals, demonetization, or suspensions, and that you voluntarily assume all associated risks.
Because social media algorithms constantly change, FamePro does not guarantee permanent followers, permanent likes, permanent views, ranking improvements, monetization approval, viral reach, or business growth. Delivery speed, quality, and retention may vary.
Once an order is submitted, it cannot normally be cancelled. Username or link changes may invalidate the order, private accounts may delay or prevent delivery, and incorrect usernames or URLs are the Client’s responsibility. Orders marked as completed cannot be reversed.
All purchases are final. Refunds are available only when an order cannot be delivered, the service becomes permanently unavailable, or FamePro determines that a refund is appropriate. Approved refunds are normally issued as FamePro account credits unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We accept approved payment methods listed on our website. The Client agrees not to use stolen payment methods, not to initiate fraudulent disputes, and to pay all applicable fees. Chargebacks made without valid grounds may result in permanent account suspension, cancellation of active orders, and recovery proceedings where legally permitted.
Resellers are solely responsible for their customers, customer support, pricing, taxes, and compliance with local laws. FamePro has no contractual relationship with reseller clients.
All content available on FamePro — including the logo, brand name, website, graphics, software, APIs, and documentation — remains the exclusive property of FamePro. Unauthorized copying, resale, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FamePro shall not be liable for account suspension, account deletion, shadow bans, revenue loss, loss of followers, loss of reputation, business interruption, platform algorithm changes, third-party actions, or indirect or consequential damages. Use of our Services is entirely at your own risk.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FamePro, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, legal costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or violation of applicable laws.
We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, remove, or suspend services, modify pricing, or replace providers without prior notice.
FamePro shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including internet outages, government actions, natural disasters, cyberattacks, API restrictions, social media policy changes, provider failures, war, or civil unrest.
We collect only the information necessary to provide our Services. This may include your name, email address, IP address, login records, and transaction history. We reserve the right to verify user identities, reject suspicious orders, freeze accounts, request additional verification, and report fraudulent activities to relevant authorities.
FamePro may suspend or permanently terminate any account that uses fraudulent payments, violates these Terms, abuses customer support, attempts to exploit system errors, engages in illegal activities, or harasses staff or other users. No refund will be provided for accounts terminated due to violations.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
FamePro reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
